These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are entered into between:

and any person placing an order through iammathartist.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.
These Terms govern all sales of products offered through the website.
Article 2 — Purpose
These Terms define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer in connection with the online sale of artistic reproductions, including Fine Art Prints, offered through iammathartist.com.
By placing an order on the website, the Customer accepts these Terms in full.
Article 3 — Products
The products offered for sale are printed reproductions of original artworks created by Mathilde Moreau--Guyonnet.
Fine Art Prints are available in the following sizes:

20 × 25 cm (8 × 10 in)

30 × 40 cm (12 × 16 in)

40 × 50 cm (16 × 20 in)
Prints are produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Bright White 310 gsm, 100% cotton paper.
Each Fine Art Print is supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
Photographs and Visuals
The photographs and visuals displayed on the website are intended to present the artworks and products offered for sale.
Some visuals may be created for illustrative or staging purposes and may not necessarily constitute a photograph of the physical product in its actual environment.
The essential characteristics of each product, including its format, dimensions, paper or material, and the items included with the order, are specified on the relevant product page.
Slight differences in appearance may also occur between the visuals displayed on screen and the physical product, particularly depending on the display settings of the screen used.
Article 4 — Prices
Product prices are displayed in euros (€).
The Seller operates under the French VAT exemption scheme (franchise en base de TVA). VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Shipping costs are charged separately and are displayed to the Customer before the final order is confirmed.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 5 — Orders
The Customer selects the product(s) they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart.
Before confirming the order, the Customer may review the order, modify quantities or remove products.
The Customer must then provide the information required for delivery and payment.
Final confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and an obligation to pay.
An order confirmation will then be sent to the Customer by email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including a manifest pricing error, inability to produce the product or suspected fraud. The Customer will be informed as soon as possible and refunded for any amount already paid.
Article 6 — Payment
Orders are paid online using the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase, including:

Article 7 — Production and Order Preparation
Fine Art Prints are produced to order through a professional printing laboratory.
Order preparation includes production of the print, receipt and inspection of the print, packaging and dispatch.
The Seller will make reasonable efforts to prepare and dispatch orders as promptly as possible.
Article 8 — Shipping
Shipping is currently available within mainland France.
Two delivery methods are available:

Orders may be shipped using Colissimo or Mondial Relay, depending on the delivery method selected and the conditions applicable at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the order and are displayed before the order is confirmed.
The currently advertised delivery time is 5 to 12 business days from the date of the order.
This timeframe includes the time required to produce the Fine Art Print, prepare the order and transport it. Delivery times may vary depending on production times at the printing laboratory and carrier delays.
In the event of an exceptional delay of which the Seller becomes aware, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Article 9 — Receipt of the Order
The Customer is advised to check the condition of the package upon delivery.
In the event of a damaged product, missing item or any issue with the order, the Customer should contact the Seller as soon as possible at:

This procedure does not affect the Customer's statutory rights under applicable legal guarantees.
Article 10 — Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable French consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period for distance purchases, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
The Customer may exercise this right by sending a clear and unambiguous statement to:

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, publication or commercial exploitation of an artwork or website content without prior authorization from the rights holder is prohibited.
Article 13 — Certificate of Authenticity
Each Fine Art Print sold through the website is supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
The certificate confirms the origin of the print and its connection to the artwork created by Mathilde Moreau--Guyonnet.
The certificate does not transfer any reproduction or exploitation rights in the artwork.

Article 15 — Consumer Mediation
In accordance with French consumer law, after submitting a prior written complaint to the Seller and if the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by the Seller.

Article 16 — Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for damage resulting from use of the website or products contrary to their intended purpose.
